Every programme we run answers the same question in a different way. What does this person need in order to stand again on their own terms?

In March 2025 we organised a full medical camp for Congolese refugees in Makindye. The team provided malaria testing and treatment, antenatal care, HIV testing and counselling, cancer screening, blood group testing, and Maama kits for new mothers. Counselling and referrals were also offered. The work continues through follow-up and partnerships.

We train survivors and vulnerable young people in practical trades that have real local demand: hairdressing, fashion design and tailoring, welding, and mechanical work. Training happens in working environments with tools they will actually use. The goal is independence and lasting confidence.

We walk with single mothers through skills training, psychosocial support, and practical help that strengthens their ability to provide for their children. The focus is long-term stability and restored dignity rather than one-off assistance.

We support access to basic and vocational education for disadvantaged adolescents and youth, with particular attention to girls and orphans. Education is treated as a pathway to confidence and a future free from cycles of vulnerability.
